ARKANSAS AUDUBON SOCIETY SEASONAL BIRD REPORT FORM

The form below should be used to report "good" seasonal birds but not rarities. All blank spaces must be filled.  After submitting a record - hit the "Submit" button - use the "Reset" button to clear the form for your next entry. This form replaces the old paper card file.

For  birds rarely reported, less than 10 reports,  use the Extraordinary Bird Report Form. Upon clicking the link to this form, the form will appear as a htm document  in your browser. With Internet Explorer, you will need to save the form to your computer by clicking on the "Page" icon and then selecting "save as" , name what you want the file saved under, then select "webpage, HTML only" from the "Save as type:" pull-down menu. In  Firefox or Chrome you should save the form as a "text" file. You will then need to load the saved form into your word processor, fill in the form and e-mail( dickbaxter100@gmail.com ) it to the Curator of the Arkansas Audubon Society. Also, fill it the form below in anticipation of your record being accepted To determine if you should use this form, consult the AAS database and the 2009 AAS Field Checklist. If there are less than 10 records use the Extraordinary Bird Report Form.

Do not copy and paste info from emails or other databases like e-bird. You will get an error message.  Enter your data directly from your keyboard. Move from field to field using the tab key.  Do not try to position data in a field with spaces... start data entry at the point where the tab key places the cursor!!!   Noise on dial-up connections will cause problems resulting in an error message. Mac users may experience problems if you are not using Firefox, Chrome or Internet Explorer or they have not been updated.  If you have difficulty, close this application  and close the AAS website then try again.  Good Luck!  Most people do NOT experience any difficulty with the form.
